Baseline Assessment
Working in the comfort and security of your home, I provide assessments to determine their baseline academic skills, learning styles and personal interests. I believe in educating the whole child; academics are just one part of their skills, talents, and abilities. This also gives us a "Launch Point" and a way to monitor your student's progress as we work together.
Assessments are done in fun and engaging ways, so your child never feels pressure to perform; its a time where I can get to know who they are, and how their brain works best so we can make the most of our time together.

One-on-One
Tutoring Support
After I've completed your child's assessment, I work with families to develop a plan that best fits their child's needs, and the family's time and availability. Each student's needs are different, but I typically meet with students 1 to 3 times per week in their home for 1 hour. While I never give students "homework", I may provide special "challenges" for them to complete in between sessions. Consistent practice and routines provide students with the best chance to gain new skills, make them stick, and build their confidence.
Personalized Homeschool Plan (PHP)
For my homeschooling families that are just starting out, or veterans who need some support, I provide recommendations for curriculum, schedules/routines, as well as hybrid-school, co-op, and other local opportunities for socializing and extra-curricular activities. For local homeschoolers in High School, I can create a Grad Plan to help prepare for their journey after graduation.
